OUR GOAL. To provide process engineering solutions to our customers that will ensure adherence to high-quality in a controlled environment, timely production and cost-efficient manufacturing processes that will best support their product specifications and applications.

OUR CONTROLLED ROOM PROCESS ENGINEERS. Our team of engineers have been providing contract manufacturing services for medical controlled room converting solutions and rotary die-cutting for over 30 years. Our Research and Development Engineering Team will assess each controlled environment manufacturing project and converting process development for peak effectiveness, functionality, manufacturing feasiblity and cost-efficiencies.

Because we have worked with many major OEMs in the medical device industry, we are well-known as a qualified supplier for controlled environment converting services. We are a preferred vendor for numerous medical device manufacturers because of our specialized use of a patented rotary heat-sealing process, our extensive research in adhesive manufacturing, our patented slip cutting system and customized controlled room packaging and assembly services.

THE CBL MANUFACTURING TEAM

Our manufacturing team established a quality management system (QMS) with built-in checks and balances. These quality controls allow us to measure, document and trace all stages of our controlled room converting manufacturing as proof of our ability to meet each of our medical device customers' stringent requirements.
